Through volunteering, community outings, a safety committee, and specialized enrichment rooms, COI provides the

perfect environment for participants to learn valuable life skills. Each attendee receives their own personalized comprehensive plan to assist them with the skills to live as independently as possible.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE

Baseball.jpg

  • Must be at least 22 years of age

  • Must not be a threat to the health and
    safety of themselves or others

  • Medicaid recipient

  • Must not require hands on medical
    assistance

  • Must provide personal care to themselves including using the restroom

  • Intellectual/Developmental
    Diagnosis/Traumatic Brain Injury
