Caldwell Opportunities is a non-profit organization, established to provide a continuum of services for adults with disabilities.
Our mission is to promote employment and independence of persons with disabilities through customer/business/community partnerships and leadership. Caldwell Opportunities, Inc. is funded by a contract with VAYA Health (Local Management Entity), community donations,
grants and workshop revenue.

The mission of Caldwell Opportunities, Inc., is to provide developmental and vocational services to adults with disabilities who live in Caldwell County area in order to maximize independence and employment.
The vision of Caldwell Opportunities, Inc. will continue its legacy of assisting persons with Developmental Disabilities to achieve independence, to experience meaningful relationships, and to contribute value to their community.
Caldwell Opportunities, Inc., is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
